About Attorney Wraymond Plummer


Juvenile Law Attorney Wraymond PlummerWraymond K. Plummer graduated with distinction and in the top ten percent of his class from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2001. He is a member of the Order of the Coif and the Traynor Society. Mr. Plummer was on the McGeorge Law Review and later Chief Comment Editor of the McGeorge Law Review. He was recipient of the McGeorge Scholarship Award, R.T. Stratton Memorial Award, McGeorge Law Review Scholarship Award, and the Annabel McGeorge Academic Achievement Scholarship. Undergraduate study was at the University of California, Santa Barbara where a double major in Biological Sciences and Environmental Studies was obtained in 1996.


Mr. Plummer is an Administrative Hearing Officer with the Institute of Administrative Justice presiding over administrative hearings. He also maintains a private practice in the areas of criminal defense, juvenile delinquency, and parole law. He has represented literally thousands of parole violation defendants, minors charged with juvenile delinquency petitions and "lifer" inmates at their lifer parole consideration proceedings ("Lifer Board Hearings"). He has presented training materials to attorneys at continuing legal education seminars addressing juvenile law and parole violation proceedings for the California Parole Advocacy Program.
